Clearly written, expertly presented, this is a splendid read. Dr. London offers advice and counsel not only for workplace guidance but for leading an upright, moral life. To call the book superb is a weak understatement.

A Great Read

Character is the often forgotten key to business and personal success. This little book does a wonderful job of reminding us of the power of character, both personal and cultural on a business' success or failure. Dr. London uses simple straight forward examples and a well developed chapter flow to bring the reader up to speed without letting the main points get away.. The key lies in one's personal behavior: "Do the Right Thing". In every way and in every moment of one's life, professional, personal, public or private one must be focusing in on who they are and what values they are committed to.
Moving from the simple personal convictions to their use in growing a business is handled easily and directly. The transitions are easily followed and tantalizingly straightforward. This little book is a winner!
